What is Sperdimine?
What is Sperdimine?
Polyamines are essential components for life and are found in a variety of organisms, from viruses to human cells.Polyamines are a general term for hydrocarbons with two or more amino groups. They are primarily involved in cell renewal, and a deficiency of polyamines is thought to accelerate cellular aging.Polyamines are synthesized in the body from the amino acids arginine and ornithine. There are more than 20 types of polyamines present in the human body, with the three most prominent being spermine, spermidine, and putrescine.Spermine was the first polyamine to be discovered and is deeply involved in cellular metabolism.Spermidine activates enzymes involved in cellular renewal.Putrescine is the simplest polyamine and is believed to be largely broken down by intestinal enzymes.
Expected Effects
1,Rejuvenating Female Egg Quality
Spermidine has been shown to promote mitophagy (the process of self-eating that removes damaged mitochondria) in eggs, thereby maintaining mitochondrial health and restoring egg quality. This suggests that spermidine may improve egg quality and mitigate age-related decline in fertility, potentially leading to its application as an adjunct therapy for human infertility and anti-aging treatments.
2,Stimulating Metabolism
Spermidine can promote cell renewal and activate metabolism. The human body contains approximately 60 trillion cells, each of which regenerates periodically to maintain a healthy body. All cells can regenerate from old cells to new cells through the interaction of DNA and RNA.DNA serves as a blueprint for the cells to be created. RNA actually constructs the cells based on that blueprint.Polyamines play a role in generating copies of genes in old cells and translating genetic information during cell division. In other words, a lack of polyamines means that cells cannot regenerate.Replenishing polyamines, which decrease with age, is expected to promote metabolism.

3,Preventing Atherosclerosis
Spermidine are thought to suppress intravascular inflammation and prevent arteriosclerosis.,Aging is not limited to the skin; Spermidine is easily manifested in the body's blood vessels, bones, and organs, and these aging processes in particular carry the risk of disease.Atherosclerosis, which can be considered vascular aging, is a condition in which blood vessels lose their flexibility and their walls harden and thicken. If blood clots form, it can lead to life-threatening illnesses such as cerebral infarction.Intravascular inflammation, one of the causes of arteriosclerosis, is caused by substances such as oxidized LDL cholesterol.Oxidized LDL cholesterol is a substance formed when bad (LDL) cholesterol is oxidized by active acids.Reactive oxygen is a substance generated by various factors, including stress, smoking, and ultraviolet rays. Since Spermidine is constantly present in the human body, reactive oxygen, which increases with age, can lead to chronic intravascular inflammation. When inflammation occurs chronically within blood vessels, the blood vessel walls gradually harden, and arteriosclerosis progresses.Polyamines have the effect of suppressing vascular inflammation, and are therefore expected to have the effect of preventing arteriosclerosis.
