Hihealth at Vitafoods Asia 2026: A Successful Show in Bangkok
Vitafoods Asia 2026 has come to a close, and we're happy to report that it was a very productive three days for our team. The show took place from September 2 to 4 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok, and we exhibited at Hall 3, Booth H3-N51.

This was our first time at Vitafoods Asia, and we weren't sure what to expect. But from the morning of day one, the foot traffic was steady. Hall 3 was busy throughout the show. Over the three days, we had conversations with more than 100 visitors — buyers, R&D managers, product developers, and owners from supplement brands and contract manufacturers across Thailand, Southeast Asia, and beyond. Many stopped by just to look, but a good number sat down for 20 or 30 minutes to go through product specs and talk about what they're working on. Some even came back a second day with colleagues from their company.

We brought our full product line to the show, and several products drew more attention than we expected.
Our Radish Seed Extract was one of the busiest items at the booth. A lot of customers in this region are looking for gentler alternatives to senna and other strong laxatives, so the natural, low-dosage positioning resonated well. We walked people through the results from our 320-person clinical trial, where 72.2% of participants saw improved intestinal peristalsis, and explained that we test for 219 laxative components. Several customers asked for samples on the spot.
Our White Mulberry Leaf Extract for blood sugar management also got a lot of attention. We explained our patented multivesicular lipidosome technology that wraps DNJ and hydrophobic flavonoids inside, which helps with absorption. We shared the clinical report showing that it can lower the glycemic index of food, with GLP-1 activation reaching 39.5%, and showed application examples in bread and beverages. Many customers were interested in how it could fit into their existing product lines.
Our Water-soluble Quercetin, made from Sophora Japonica Flower using lipidosome technology, was another highlight. Customers were impressed by the 128-fold increase in solubility and the anti-inflammatory data — in acute lung injury models, it reduced TNF-ɑ by 57.7%, IL-1β by 71.4%, and IL-6 by 53.8%. We discussed its potential in lung health and immune support products, and several formulators asked about stability in liquid formats.
Our Ginger Extract for metabolism support also drew steady interest. We talked through our patented microcapsule technology that improves water solubility and bioavailability compared to standard ginger extract. Brands working on sports nutrition and weight management products were particularly interested in the 5% gingerol nanoparticle formulation and how it could be used in drinks and powders.
We also had our Tributyrin Microcapsule Powder for gut health, Chickpea Sprout Extract for hormonal balance, Water-soluble Phosphatidylserine for brain health, Hovenia Dulcis Instant Powder for liver protection, and Ergothioneine from Boletus Edulis for anti-aging on display. The Hovenia Dulcis powder was a conversation starter — we did a quick demo at the booth, stirring it into cold water, and people were impressed by how fast it dissolved.

What stood out to us most was the quality of the conversations. Many visitors came prepared with specific formulation challenges, and our team was able to talk through technical details on the spot — particle size, solubility, stability in different pH environments, regulatory documentation, minimum order quantities, and lead times. We had discussions that went deep into how an ingredient would perform in a gummy versus a capsule, or how it would hold up in a ready-to-drink beverage. Several existing customers also stopped by to say hello and discuss upcoming projects.
By the end of day three, we had connected with many companies and built up a solid list of contacts to follow up with after the show. We also gained a clearer picture of what customers in the Thai and Southeast Asian markets are looking for right now, which will help us focus our product development and marketing efforts.

Overall, Vitafoods Asia 2026 was a great success for us. We met more people than we expected, had meaningful technical discussions, and came away with concrete leads. Bangkok is a great city for a show like this, and we're already looking forward to coming back next year.
