Curcumin, called "India's solid gold" by the Indian Ayurvedic system, is widely used in functional foods and has been widely used in the fields of bone and joint health, alcohol detoxification and liver protection, cognitive improvement, immune support, weight management, mood and sleep management.
Curcumin currently has the following problems:
