Both cinnamon W2 and cyclophosphamide can significantly reduce the HC50 of mice, and the spleen weight of cinnamon W2 group was 29.18mg/10g, with significant difference between groups (P<0.05). However, there was no significant effect on the thymus weight, indicating that cinnamon W2 can reduce the spleen weight.
